Two housing options are offered to our students:
1) Homestay
2) Student Apartments / Residential Hotel.
An IES staff member will be happy to help a student find the right option for him or her at no cost.
Homestay
Homestay Services International, which works with individuals or groups and has access to over 100 families in the San Diego area, is the homestay service chosen by IES.
Students can go online to www.homestayservices.com to enter their personal information and needs on the user friendly application form.

Student Apartments / Residential Hotel
There are four outstanding options for student housing in the center of Downtown San Diego, within easy walking distance of the school. All are affordably priced and offer weekly or monthly rates. A student can contact any of these housing complexes directly, or an IES staff member can make the contact.

Insurance Information |
Since health care in the United States is extremely expensive, it is expected that each student will have his or her own health insurance. While it is strongly advised that the student purchase the insurance in his or her country prior to traveling to the USA, International Educational Services will help find the proper insurance coverage for any student who requests this assistance.
